License terms

By purchasing or downloading any NETWERKS64 digital product, the buyer receives a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal business use only. The buyer may use the materials to support work performed for their own business or for client projects they are engaged to complete, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or repackage the templates, prompts, trackers, guides, or supporting materials as standalone products, training materials, or bundled deliverables.

Team, multi-user, agency, or enterprise use requires a separate license from NETWERKS64.

Disclaimer

NETWERKS64 digital products are productivity and drafting aids. They do not constitute engineering advice, legal advice, safety advice, regulatory advice, carrier approval, contract interpretation, OSHA compliance certification, FCC compliance certification, or customer acceptance.

Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing all generated or edited outputs, validating them against actual field conditions, project requirements, carrier standards, contract obligations, applicable laws, and customer instructions before submission or reliance.

Refunds & liability

Because the product is a digital download, all sales are final once access has been provided or files have been downloaded, except where required by law.

The product is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETWERKS64 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, regulatory, contract, project-delay, or lost-profit damages arising from use or misuse of the materials, and any direct liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product.

Governance and disclosure

NETWERKS64 does not run AI and does not process buyer data. The products are documents: templates, trackers, guides, and worked samples. NETWERKS64 has no model, no API, and no processing pipeline, and never receives the field notes or reports a buyer works on.

If a buyer uses an AI tool with the products, that tool is an assistant only. The buyer chooses it, runs it under the buyer's own AI, data, and security policies, and remains responsible for every output. A named person must review each draft against the field record and approve it before submission. No tool is the final authority on compliance, carrier acceptance, or payment.

Buyers should disclose AI-assisted drafting when required by internal policy, customer workflow, contract terms, or law.

Privacy

NETWERKS64 collects only what it needs to run the business. When you buy a bundle, checkout and payment are handled by SendOwl, Stripe, and PayPal under their own privacy policies; NETWERKS64 receives your name, email address, and order details to deliver your files and provide support. If you use the free Paperwork Cost Calculator and enter your email, NETWERKS64 receives that address and the numbers you entered. The breakdown downloads in your browser; nothing is emailed to you automatically. NETWERKS64 sends occasional field-ops tips only if you tick that box, and you can opt out at any time. The free Bid and Proposal Builder saves and sends nothing; it runs in your browser only.

This site uses PostHog analytics to understand how pages are used and improve the products. NETWERKS64 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. To ask about or request deletion of your data, email info@netwerks64.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
