DFR Generator Bundle — effective July 2026
By purchasing or downloading the DFR Generator Bundle, the buyer receives a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal business use only. The buyer may use the materials to support work performed for their own business or for client projects they are engaged to complete, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or repackage the templates, prompts, trackers, guides, or supporting materials as standalone products, training materials, or bundled deliverables.
Team, multi-user, agency, or enterprise use requires a separate license from NETWERKS64.
The DFR Generator Bundle is a productivity and drafting aid. It does not constitute engineering advice, legal advice, safety advice, regulatory advice, carrier approval, contract interpretation, OSHA compliance certification, FCC compliance certification, or customer acceptance.
Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing all generated or edited outputs, validating them against actual field conditions, project requirements, carrier standards, contract obligations, applicable laws, and customer instructions before submission or reliance.
Because the product is a digital download, all sales are final once access has been provided or files have been downloaded, except where required by law.
The product is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETWERKS64 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, regulatory, contract, project-delay, or lost-profit damages arising from use or misuse of the materials, and any direct liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product.
Where applicable, buyers should disclose AI-assisted content generation when required by internal policy, customer workflow, contract terms, or law.
EU transparency obligations for certain AI-generated content are scheduled to apply from August 2026, and US enforcement remains focused on deceptive or unsubstantiated AI claims, so NETWERKS64 should be presented and used as an assisted drafting workflow with human review rather than as a fully autonomous compliance system.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
